Hi, I'm Cassidy, a digital nomad and Wellness Coach who understands firsthand how overwhelming our hyper-connected world can be. My experience living and working remotely has given me unique insights into the importance of healthy digital boundaries, and how my daily choices shape my life journey.

Six years ago, tech anxiety and digital escapism consumed my life. It was hard for me to be still, I checked my phone compulsively, and stayed up way too late absorbed with the internet. Almost daily I was working against exhaustion, clouded thinking, and unproductive rumination. On the outside, I was productive enough. But inside, I felt scattered and exhausted.

It wasn’t easy, but over time I started making small, intentional shifts. I set boundaries, tested new routines, and learned how to be with myself without needing constant distraction. And something incredible happened: I began to feel clear, motivated, and grounded again. I started waking up with energy. I reconnected with creativity and inspiration. Most importantly, I felt like me again — my authentic self, present and alive in my own life.

That’s why I’m so passionate about this work now. I know how easy it is to let digital life swallow up your energy, and I also know the freedom that comes from stepping back.
